Silos stages
We offer rollforming and bending machines for the production of Silo-profiles. The cylindrical frame of the silo consists of galvanized corrugated metal profiles, wherein the frame is reinforced on the outside with side supports.
The system is suitable for profiling and curving of corrugated sheets of various thicknesses, typically from 1.2 to 4.75 mm. The radius of curvature can be adjusted manually (by hand wheels with position indicator), or automatically (by NC-control).
Moreover, the line gradually punches the sheets, thereby enabling the insertion of the fastening bolts, after the breakthroughs carried out to determine whether the silos are empty, and for the connection to other silo parts.
